The sauna blanket is very high quality and the customer service is exceptional. I ordered the one with Red light & Stones for maximum results. The Settings needs time to understand but it is easy and once you find the best setting you will be addicted to the sessions 👍

Feels quite good and comfortable. Warms to a comfortable temperature that is okay against naked skin. How effective it is is difficult to say but after treatment, skin and muscle feels like it has been warmed through. Hopefully it will help alleviate and prevent tennis elbow 😀
